无法打开服务器

我公司Notes主域服务器在香港，东莞做从的，我现在安装好主从服务器连接到主服务器后，只能用主服务器ADMIN.ID登录打开服务器，而在从服务器上建立的administrator.id确不能打开服务器。这是怎么回事？？？？<br>
