We are seeking full time TST (Technical Support Engineer).<br><br>
Responsibilities:<br>
- Promptly provide phone and e-mail support to our customers <br>
- Help customers to install, configure, use, and upgrade our products <br>
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve computer issues with customers <br>
<br>
Requirements:<br>
- Must have good communication and organizational skills <br>
- Speaks perfect english <br>
- Strong knowledge of PC systems <br>
- Experience in networking including WAN, LAN, wireless, and firewall security <br>
- Ability to deal with tough customers <br>
- Flexible hours <br>

2、2年以上网站设计经验，有平面设计经验者优先；<br>

5、熟悉脚本语言的结构；<br>
6、英文四级<br>
7、良好的审美意识及文字语言表达能力；<br>

9、良好的团队意识和协作精神。<br>
