我的exchange2003发邮件正常，但是收不到邮件，请各位指教！
软件环境 EXCHANG2003+WINDOWS2003域和邮件服务器装在了一台机器上，现在就是局域网收发邮件正常，但是外部邮件就只能发送，收不到外部邮件，以163邮箱为例，向我的邮箱发送邮件后就没有了消息，163系统没有退信，我这里的列队里边也什么都看不到！请教各位了！在本地TELNET 25 和110都是正常的！

在网上一搜，这样的问题多得要死，就是没有见到那里有解决的办法，老是说什么SMTP有问题。具体又说不出个原因来，有的又说POP3没启动，比我还水！还有的更搞笑，又说什么端口被没映射呀，什么的！真是郁闷！ 不知道是哪里没有配置好，用126和163的邮箱测试时没有邮件，也没有退信，不知道法哪里去了；
请高手们指点指点。。。
郁闷中。。。 MX记录没有配置好.因先建mail主机,然后将MX记录指向这个A记录,如果指向Cname和IP地址会出现不可预见的问题 windows server 2003本身就带有简单的邮件发送和接收的功能，正常使用收、发都没有问题，因为功能太简单，比如没有办法建立邮件群发功能等，所以又安装了exchange server 2003，但是出现了能发不能收的现象了。。。
真不知道问题出在哪了。。。

昨天胡乱调整设置,发现将Exchange系统管理器中的默认SMTP服务器选中匿名访问就正常了...不明白...
不知道安全方面会不会有影响...

A10：你不能将SMTP Virtual Server à Access卷标页中的Authentication à
Anonymous access这个选项的勾勾取消掉，因取消此项认证后当Internet有信件要寄到贵公司时，贵公司的Exchange Server会向对方要求帐号及密码来验证，在正常情况下对方是不可能拥有帐号及密码的，所以也就无法寄信到贵公司。
