exchange 2003能外发邮件，不能内发

我的邮件器是mail.01hotel.cn，有两个帐户：cong和cafy，用cong发邮件给163和21cn，这两相邮箱能收到，但用cong发给同一服务员cafy@01hotel就收不到，我查了exchange 2003服务器，在服务器的队列有一个01hotel.cn的，里面有我从cong@01hotel.cn发到cafy@01hotel.cn的邮件，状态是重试，在下面的"其它队列信息"显示：无法在邦定到DNS中的目标服务器，请问是不是还有什么设置好？要怎样设置？

用163的邮箱发给cong@01hotel.cn也退信:

This message is generated by COREMAIL email system.
I'm sorry to have to inform you that the message returned

你发送到cong@01hotel.cn的邮件由于以下原因被退回 : cong@01hotel.cn DNS query error: 01hotel.cn
