求助-----IP进入DUL该怎么办
我发往国外的邮件发不出去，有退信eyang2@dow.com : 553-mail rejected because your IP is in DUL. See553 http://www.mail-abuse.com/enduserinfo.html
在退信中提示的网址中发现我的IP在DUL中，
下面是我给该网站发邮件申请移除IP的回信请问我现在该怎么办啊？？？

that it is dynamically assigned or otherwise allocated to
end-users.Many ISPs have an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
or Terms Of Service (TOS) prohibiting servers on this type

to receive mail directly from dynamic addresses.They are
free to choose whose connections they do and do not wish to
accept.This does not imply that you are a spammer, though a
great deal of spam comes from zombied computers using similar
addresses.
