非常非常感谢kakafaint 的帮助。我检查了两台机器的服务“License Logging”都启动了。

我也查了dns没问题。在exchange机器上，用nslookup检查没问题。能解析出DC及其它机器及外网。

在AD里只可以创建账号，不能创建邮箱。

用exchange带的ad用户和计算机才能建立邮箱，域控制器的ad用户和计算机不带exchange扩展，只能建活动目录帐号，然后到exchange带的ad用户和计算机建立邮箱

可能是由于AD的组策略引起的情况，你试试重新建立一个OU，再在此OU中新建帐号和邮箱看看。

我上次也碰到了一样的问题，那我现在AD中看了我的那个帐号的MAIL帐号是否OK，没有就手动K了一下，反正偶也很菜的阿，就对照别的好的。然后再邮件管理中重建一下了阿。这个论坛上别人有提出过一样的问题。你可以搜索一下。
