收不到外域邮件

收不到外域邮件，发送外网可以，
出现如下错误：；

做MX记录
格式如:hd56—>mail.hd56.com，mail.hd56.com—>IP

就是说DNS上可能出了问题！检查A、MX两个记录是否正确！
如果正确，请确认防火墙上是否允许SMTP进入。

我的域名解析：
1、pop3外网ip
2、smtp外网ip
3、mail   外网ip
4、www    外网ip
5、mx      外网ip
6、*      外网ip

我用nslookup www.xxx.xxx(域名)时   
回复： www.xxx.xxx(域名) can't find nslookup:no response from server
不知如何做？？？？
