exchange 部分人员无法接收外部邮件

请教各位大侠～～
我公司的exchange 2003 突然有一部分人不能接收外部的邮件，都是直接退信。可是另外一部分人却是可以的。经过查询发现所有不能收外部邮件的账户都有一个特征，在AD users and Computers －帐户－e-mail addresses
－里面都少了一个type 为sip的address.请问那位大侠知道怎么解决啊？？
