This is an SMTP protocol error log for virtual server ID 1, connection #920. The remote host "208.14.218.504", responded to the SMTP command "rcpt" with "550 5.7.1 Relaying to <DCary@abcd.com> denied (authentication required)". The full command sent was "RCPT TO:<DCary@abcd.com>".This will probably cause the connection to fail.

原因是我们美国公司邮件集群上备份邮件服务器的网络设置作了更改 具体什么样的更改不得而知。

Yes this was resolved to be a problem on this side. Our backup mail server was not forwarding email properly based on a network change that was made.
