一楼好像不是GFW问题，不要遇到退信都说是这个原因。

按照退信，是说必须有反向解析才能发送，楼主没做反解吧。

You must have a reverse DNS entry to send mail into the Comcast.net domain.

我看提示也好象是需要DNS反向解析,但我正向解析我都不会,别说反向解析?
有谁可以告诉我怎么做吗?

看起来对方反垃圾邮件系统启用了反向DNS，方法两个：
1.联系对方管理员，请他将您的服务器IP和域名列入白名单。
2.联系ISP让他们帮你做反向DNS解析。

反解是需要ISP来完成的。联系给你IP的运营商，比如电信或是网通
