outlook express 只能发信不能收信。

exchange 2003,
OWA 收发正常。
outlook express smtp 发信正常， pop3收不到信，也没有报错。

pop3 服务已经重新启动很多次了，

POP3 服务肯定启动了。还有什么别的地方需要查？ 感谢大家。还在郁闷。
我说说系统环境吧，
Exchange on windows server 2003 单网卡，内网IP，192.168.3.2
NAT on windows server 2003 双网卡，公网IP*.*.*.*， 内网IP192.168.3.254
NAT上开了Port， POP3 to 192.168.3.2, SMTP to 192.168.3.2, Http to 192.168.3.2,
Exchange
POP3 Services ---- started,
SMTP Services ---- started,
System attendant -- started;
Routing Engine -- started;
MTA stacks --- started;
Management --- started;
Information store -- started;
IMAP4 -- started;
Event -- started;

Exchange 建了aa.com 的本地域， 添加了bb.com的email policy
bb.com 的DNS
                        domain                     公网IP
A Record        @.bb.com                   公网IP       
A Record        bb.com                             公网IP       
A Record        mail.bb.com                公网IP       
A Record        pop3.bb.com             公网IP

telnet server 110 端口没问题。

邮件地址是friendsby.com, 本地域名 cbicomputers.com， 这个域是老板注册的，图省钱在一个没见过的小公司注册，不能修改DNS，修改DNS还要多付费。

我试了OE, Outlook 2003， ThoundBird 都不能登录exchange,
但是Outlook 2007 没问题，选择Exchange Server,是不是2007和Exchange通讯的方式不一样？
