从salesforce.com发来的邮件被退信

服务器收发正常，有用户投诉告知从salesforce.com发来的邮件被退信。
检查结果如下：
这种邮件的发件人和收件人都是一个地址，比如我们公司是aa.com, 那就是abc@aa.com发到abc@aa.com
但我自己telnet上去试了，我的server是可以接受类似邮件的，不会退信。

请问有谁发生过类似状况否？

暂时没有部署，直接用exchange自带的IMF。

用telnet登陆，用命令行发，是可以收到的。

开始我也觉得是GFW的问题，但无法解释下列事实：

如果从salesforce发给公司其它销售，也就是aa@bt.com to bb@bt.com 就是好的。

或者在salesforce用另一个域名，也就是 aa@bt.net to aa@bt.com 也是好的。
