exchange2003往德国和hotmail发送退信的问题
exchange2003和win2003做的邮件server，域名已经做了反向解析，防火墙是junpier ns-25，路由是cisco2821，防火墙做的mip映射，但是发往德国和hotmail的都退信，退信内容如下：这是自动生成的传递状态通知。
这只是警告信息。
您不必重新发送邮件。
传递到下列收件人的操作已被延迟。

请各位高手帮忙看看，谢谢了。 我的exchange 2003也是这样，发给126 和163都没有问题，发到hotmailsina发过去就会退信，怎么办？ 检查IP地址是不是动态的，DNS上做SPF试下
