怎样设置将邮件抄送一份到外部邮箱的问题

将发给Exchange中某个用户的邮件，自动的抄送到一个外部邮箱，如163等。
在转发中好像只能设置发送到内部的一些邮箱，但无法完成转发到外部邮箱中。请高手们指点一下。。谢谢。。

在AD中建一个联系人,联系人地址为外部邮箱地址,设置将内部用户用户邮件转发到建立的联系人即可.

2楼的回复我再补充一点,就是需要先确认一下是在"全局设置->Internet邮件格式->默认*->属性->高级->启用自动转发" 是否已勾上了

钉子啊，全局设置中不设置“自动转发”也可以的，只要2楼那样设置就可以了。我试过了。

Automatic replies, automatic forwards and Out of Office to Internet recipients are disabled in Exchange 2000 Server and in Exchange Server 2003

By default, the Allow Out of Office responses, Allow automatic forward, and Allow automatic replies options are disabled in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Service Pack 3 (SP3) or a later version, and in Microsoft Exchange Server 2003. When Microsoft Office Outlook clients create rules to automatically forward messages to Internet recipients, automatically reply with a specific template in a rule, or use the Out of Office feature, the messages are not sent to Internet recipients. Additionally, users do not receive a Non-Delivery Report (NDR). The message tracking log displays "Message submitted to categorizer."

一定要再建立另一个用户呀，，，可不可以不建立别的用户完成这样的操作呢。。。
