MDaemon部分用户偶尔收不到附件

现象，邮件系统是MD，同一个域用户发送一封邮件给同一个域的两个用户，都在局域网内部。其中一个用户接受正常，两外一个用户能看到邮件，但是没有附件啦。用户重新发送了一次，故障用户依然收不到附件，这种现象发生不频繁。
比较了两个用户（一个正常，一个不太正常）的日志信息，发现有一个地方的差异，但看不明白：

如果是outlook express收邮件的，把安全设置附件选项去掉。

应该是那个接收者无法识别邮件格式，

那个邮件内容和附件被打包成了一个WINMAIL.DAT

找个软件就能看到邮件内容和附件了

但是我在客户端查看该异常邮件，找不到这个被打包成了一个WINMAIL.DAT 的文件，请问怎么查看这个文件呀，但是我想客户端应该是收到了这个文件了，因为这封邮件的容量比较大，如果没有附件的话，应该没有这么大的容量。

邮件应该直接变成了附件，附件是winmail.dat，
上网搜个winmail.dat阅读器,就可以

检查下发件人OUTLOOK用的是不是RTF格式发的信，变成文本或HTML格式发送，就不会出这样的问题

非OUTLOOK的收件人，会遇到winmai.dat情况.偶也在头疼

故障客户端的软件是vista自带的mail live 那个软件，没有看到这个winmai.dat文件，发件人用的是outlook2003，发件人OUTLOOK用的是html格式发的信
