不能向HOTMAIL和YAHOO发送邮件的问题
收发163 新浪等邮箱正常。YAHOO和HOTMAIL不行，只能收不能发。telnet mx1.hotmail.com 25 的结果如下：

但是还是不能发送。 十大难发运营商就是难发送，和我联系，我会给您解决所有外发退信的！ 请问是免费的么？
