mailenable只能收不能发

各位大侠，近期我配置了mailenable服务器，能够接收到同域和外域的邮件，但是就是不能接收。
在mailenable的自带的诊断中显示
Error: Could not reverse lookup 218.240.X.XX in DNS, error 9003. Warning: No Ptr Record found For Domain.

在接收到的退信邮件中显示：
MailEnable: Message delivery has been delayed.

Message is waiting at smtp.XXXX.com.cn for delivery to alt4.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com.

The message will be retried for another 29 hours.

Reason: Mail Server for gmail.com could not accept your email at this time. MailEnable will keep trying to deliver this message and will notify you of any progress.


请问这是不是方向解析的问题呢？我的mx记录都做好了，不知道还差什么配置，请各位指教！

－－你的IP没有做PTR记录。

做了PTR记录的，我做的是smtp.cyzone.com.cn的记录，不知道反向解析这个对不对，是不是应该是解析mail.cyzone.com.cn啊？
