退信 helo/ehlo domain invalid

退信内容如下 请教各位如何配置helo/ehlo domain 域
搜索相关资料，在exchange系统管理器中做了如下配置:
将完全合格的域名改成了外部的域名 但是让用户尝试发送还是有相同退信的。



退信如下：

There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.
Please contact your system administrator.

<mail.domain.com #5.5.0 smtp;559 sorry , your helo/ehlo and domain in mail are invalid, you don't connect from there. (#5.5.9)>

--不是域名,是FQDN.
