發21CN發不出去
最近我的EX2K3發到21CN的郵件老是出現如下退信：但發126或其他的都沒有問題，請教是什麼原因所致呢？

被退回邮件（Returned Mail）：

退信原因（The Reasons For Bounce）:
<kkkk2003@21cn.net>: delivery temporarily suspended: connect to 127.0.0.1: Connection refused 根据退信来看，无法判断具体的退信原因，最好把投递日志发上来，这样才能更好的判断问题原因。 delivery temporarily suspended: connect to 127.0.0.1: Connection refused
你哪边nslookup一下21cn.net的mx,怎么会连上127.0.0.1了呢.
