发送邮件后弹出错误,发送不出去

我的邮件系统发邮件时弹回:

邮件地址是正确的,且我的发送邮件服务器打了勾要求SMTP验证.请问怎么解决这个问题呢?

你的ip在被对方服务器主动拒绝，你需要联系对方，申请加入他们的服务器的白名单
