无法发送邮件

无法用cag.com.hk邮箱向consen.net邮箱发送邮件。
consen.net接收使用了数字证书加密 cag.com.hk发送接收都没有使用加密
consen.net能与126 qq 以及其它相关的企业邮箱收发邮件 cag.com.hk也可以
