如果你利用列表向外发，那么你ip在rbl黑名单
如果内部用户给内部列表发失败，检查相应权限设置

问题最好描述清楚一些 ，什么情况下什么错误
如何设置的，实现目的是什么等等

去检查是否被黑名单，dns增加spf，有条件的让你的Ip提供商做反解
