Job Description: <br>
<br>
• Provide accurate and timely technical support and advisory service for enterprise customers. <br>
• Collaborate with product team to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction. <br>
• Answer escalation questions and provide consulting service for internal colleagues from other branches. <br>
• Learn advanced technologies and deliver high-level training. <br>
<br>
Requirements: <br>
• Bachelor or master degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent majors. <br>
• At least 3-year working experience of technical support, system integration or coding on C/C++. <br>
• Solid knowledge on Microsoft Windows Server, directory service and networking protocols. <br>
• Experience on Microsoft Exchange server and Outlook is preferred. <br>
• Familiar with Lotus Notes or other e-mail systems is a plus. <br>
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. <br>
• Quick learning, troubleshooting and debugging skills are needed. <br>
• Abilities to work under pressure and handle urgent situations are required. <br>
