其实方法很简单：<br>
去：<a target=_blank href=http://antispam.sina.com.cn/denyip.php>http://antispam.sina.com.cn/denyip.php</a> 按照里面要求的格式填写好资料，将资料发给 antispam@staff.sina.com.cn<br>
很快就会收到SINA的回信，如下：<br>

您好：<br>
<br>
您的来信已经收到，我们将在2个工作日内作出处理，届时请您进行测试。如果您所提供的IP发送过垃圾邮件，我会提供相应证据，请您在解决该问题后向我们申请解封。<br>
请您联系网管人员按网页“<a target=_blank href=http://antispam.sina.com.cn/denyip.php?>http://antispam.sina.com.cn/denyip.php?</a>”中我们要求的格式提供相应的信息，如果格式不标准，请您重新填写。我们会尽快为您解决问题，谢谢！<br><br>

我等了4天之后，没有收到任何回复，自己发了几封邮件去SINA的邮箱，竟然发现没有打回头，成功了。<br>
