Job Title: Lab Engineer/Associate (Vendor Employee)
Requirements:
The successful candidate must posses a strong knowledge of Microsoft products. The experience on SQL Server, SharePoint Portal Server, Exchange Server setup/installation/configuration is preferred
Microsoft support experience or equivalent, demonstrated internal or external customer service experience and skills will be evaluated
Proven experience in IT related vendor management, PC management & support and procurement areas will be great value add.
Experience in UNIX operating systems and working knowledge of Cisco Catalyst switch setup/configuration are helpful.
Bachelor’s degree or above with fluent written & oral English skills.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates are required to have a technical degree in Computer Science or equivalent concentration.
In-depth understanding of 1 of the following technologies:
1. Exchange Server
2. Small Business Server
3. ISA server
Excellent command of English in written and oral.
Strong knowledge on Windows Operating System internals.
The ability to work under pressure is required.
Good Communication Skill is a must. Good Team-worker.
Consulting or service related working experience is a preference.
