我以前也是这样，提供我的解决方法
1，发邮件给新浪,告诉你的情况，并要求他们把你的域添加为信任
2、新浪会回一封邮件给你，要你按他的格式填写
3、一，二天后就行了。

你是否用的是动态ＩＰ，如果不是就是你的域名解析的有问题。
