又是 Winsock Error 10053 的老问题，你搜索一下，论坛里面这个话题很多，不过据我所知目前还没有找到很好的解决办法，说法不一。
建议：
一、关闭服务器防火墙
二、关闭杀毒软件
三、作反向解析
四、找个速度、带宽都比较理想的机房

E文翻成中文就是未授权的IP，与对方管理员联系解封。

再提一个问题,刚才翻日志翻出来的 :
550 #5.1.0 Rejected by bounce verification.
与刚才的问题有点相似,但是我想知道具体的意思和解决办法.

bounce verification是IronPort Systems公司的专利技术，遵行“导循反弹地址标记验证”（简直不是人类的语言）草案。用来保护客户预防电子邮件送信失败反弹退信攻击，看来你还真要好好检讨一下了，被人家用如此高科技的硬件anti-spam给档了。

550 unauthorized interface for 218.4.2*.* on frfwmxc06，从这个来看，主要是对方服务器上设置了屏蔽， 218.4.2*.* 这个地址来的邮件都不能通过他们的认证。
