System Manager Help doesn't work - Bria

I posted this to Exchange Administration but I suppose this is the correct
forum. I received a response there to upgrade the help system but I still get
errors.
My configuration is a new fully patched install of SBS 2003 R2 with Exchange
2003 SP2 and all help screens in the System Manager ("Exchange System
Manager.msc" Modified date is Tuesday, June 03, 2003, 1:03:46 AM) fail with
an error and offer to 1) Report to Microsoft then shutdown MMC, 2) Continue
and ignore errors for this session or 3) Continue and always ignore errors.
If I select to ignore the error I get 80040205 - an unexpected exception was
raised and System Manager closes and offers to send info to Microsoft.
The Report to Microsoft produces an error signature which varies depending
on which help button or menu is selected. Here are some examples:
Anyone run into this before or have suggestions on how to correct?
I thought I might be able to reinstall SP2 to correct but it won't let me
indicating an earlier version of IMF Filter is installed which must be
removed first. As far as I can see the IMF Filter is V2 as installed by SP2.
When I tried to uninstall Exchange it says I have to move all accounts (and I
suppose my 50 e-mail-enabled public folders) to another server first. I seem
to be in the twilight zone.

STATUS
SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, you may experience the following symptoms: • Consider the following scenario. • You are using Exchange Server 2003 on a computer that is running Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1).
• You install Windows Internet Explorer 7 on the computer that is running Exchange System Manager.
• You try to access Exchange Help in Exchange System Manager.
In this scenario, Exchange System Manager stops responding because of an access violation.
• You install Internet Explorer 7 on the server that is running Exchange Server 2003. Then, you try to view the MAPI public folder content in the instance of Exchange System Manager that is running on the Exchange Server 2003 server. When you do this, you may receive the following message:
The operation completed successfully
Facility: Win32
ID no: c0070000 Exchange System Manager
In this case, you can view the public folders. However, when you try to view the content in Exchange System Manager, you see only a gray screen where the content should be.

CAUSE
This problem occurs because of a conflict between the newer version of the Psapi.dll file that Internet Explorer 7 uses and the older version that Exchange System Manager uses.
