RESPONSIBILITES
l
The work need to support Microsoft partners in English
l
Understand and learn MS product and technology.
l
Provide customer service based on their technical needs.
l
Responsible for providing technical solution to customer’s problem and questions.
l
Responsible for achieving the team business goal of the service request volume and customer satisfaction rate.
REQUIREMENTS
l
Candidates are required to have a technical degree in Computer Science or equivalent concentration.
l
In-depth understanding of 2 of the following technologies (MCSE certified is preferred):
1.
Client software including Windows Client and Office
2.
Windows 2000/2003 (including server management, networking, Active Directory, IIS etc)
3.
Small Business Server
4.
Exchange server
l
Excellent command of English in written and oral.
l
The ability to work under pressure is required.
l
Good Communication Skill is a must. Good Team-worker.
l
Consulting or service related working experience is a preference.
