10060 可能网络状况不太好

今天算是把问题解决了，但是不确定到底是哪里出了问题
做了一下一些事情：

1. 把防毒软件和防火墙卸载，感觉并不是主要原因。

2. 新加坡那边更改了一些设置，把我们的地址加进白名单，网络也做了些设置，具体就不知道了。

下午连续发送带4MB附件的邮件，30次以上没有出问题，应该是好了。

以后再慢慢分析吧
