从mail server上telnet 它的MX IP 25 无法连接。（此线有ISA防火墙,但是没有拦截）
从另外两条ADSL 上执行上述命令就可以连接。（此两条ADSL没有设防火墙）

从提供信息上看，如果telnet 25都不通
还是应该从自己网络外出访问上找找原因，是否过滤了hinet

如果对方的邮件服务器屏蔽了我的IP，那么用telnet IP 25还能通吗----------一般不通
