标题: PBL申请移除问题请教
Removal Control: Request Failed

The PBL Removal System runs a series of automatic checks which can fail for any of the following reasons:

You used an anonymous 'free' email address (we do not accept Gmail, Yahoo, etc).
You used an email address at a domain that has a suspicious Whois record.
You used an email address at a domain that has a bad history or is blacklisted.
You used a proxy or blacklisted IP to request the removal.
The IP address you tried to remove appears to be dynamic.
The IP address you tried to remove does not have the DNS of a mail server.
The IP address you tried to remove has a history of being abused by spammers.
The IP address is one which can only be removed by the registered IP owner.

We strongly suggest you read the PBL FAQs to understand the PBL removals process.
