1.Responsible for supporting GE Healthcare's Microsoft Exchange E-mail environment <br>
2.Monitor MS Exchange related servers and components to maintain reliable E-mail services. <br>
3.Provide advanced support for our helpdesks in troubleshooting Outlook client issues. <br>
4.Provide and maintain documentation used to support the E-mail environment <br>
5.Support Microsoft Exchange 2000 user environment through use of Corporate managed web interface. <br>
6.Support Microsoft Exchange 5.5 user environment through use of Exchange 5.5 Administrator interface. <br>
7.Support end user email requests and support issues that are received in the Administrator's inbox. <br>
8.Support account creation as it pertains to mainframe, email, and other miscellaneous systems. <br>

Job Requirement <br>
1.Five years experience working in a MS Windows environment, installing and configuring Windows servers <br>
2.Four years experience installing and supporting MS Exchange environment <br>
3.Networking knowledge. <br>
4.Effective verbal and communication skills <br>
5.Ability to work independently yet maintain effectiveness as a team player. <br>
6.Ability to troubleshoot MS Exchange Server and Outlook client issues <br>
7.Working knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, Exchange 5.5 & Exchange 2000. <br>
