为什么发不了yahoo.com.cn？

163、qq等邮箱都没问题，就是yahoo的不可以，退信信息如下，请帮忙分析一下。

我用KMS没有退信

但YAHOO收到是垃圾邮件,自己设置了一下就不再误认是垃圾邮件了

但YAHOO要很久才收到我发的邮件
