关于HOTMAIL的问题

我们公司的邮箱无法给HOTMAIL的发邮件，我与客服联系了让我去一个英文的页面填写东西，可是很多我都看不懂什么意思，有哪位填过的能告诉我一下吗？谢谢

我公司的邮件以前就出现发不过去的问题，后在这个页面上填了一下，过了几天就OK 拉

As per our technical standards documentation at
http://postmaster.msn.com/troubleshooting.aspx “We may not accept e-mail
from senders who fail a reverse-dns lookup.”  At this time you are
currently failing a reverse-dns lookup on your IP address.  As well this
is a technical violation of RFC1912 2.1


I will include a copy of the error and a link for you to review.


No PTR records exist for 211.100.226.151. [Neg TTL=86400 seconds]

Details:
b.in-addr.cn. (an authoritative nameserver for 100.211.in-addr.arpa.,
which is in charge of the reverse DNS for 211.100.226.151)
says that there are no PTR records for 211.100.226.151.

To get reverse DNS set up for 211.100.226.151, you need to speak to your
Internet provider.  You could also
check with ipas@cnnic.cn., who is in charge of the 100.211.in-addr.arpa.
zone.
