但是，用akstamping.com.cn 这个域名，发送到louise_huang@asustek.com.cn，出现了这个信息，和域名有关系吗？ 
 
我用WINWEBMAIL发送的，都不可以的。和我WINWEBMAIL 设置有关系吗？

没有欢迎信息，可能是人家拒绝你的IP或者是人家的服务器不稳定

如果一个是电信一个是网通，或一个是国内一个是国外，出现这样的情况并不奇怪。
