如何将我的IP从垃圾邮件列表中删除

的IP地址被DSBL列入垃圾邮件列表了，我想删除，但DSBL发送确认信的邮箱不正确
信息如下：

请问这个是因为反向解析没做的原因么，(我目前还未作反向解析)，做了反向解析就可以么，有什么其他办法可以将我的IP地址从DSBL的List中删去呢？多谢各位了
