无法发送sina,hotmail,gmail。

sina可以收不能发，hotmail收发都不行，gmail能收，回复Gmail能发送！

动态IP一般都是被各在服务商封锁的，并且，你是动态IP也没办法做反向解析，所以发过去收不到也是必然的。
