经常收到国外退信,请问什么原因?

我们公司发信经常被退信,特别是国外的邮箱,偶尔也有国内的退信,有时虽然收到退信,但其实对方还是收到了,退信主要有两种,请达人帮忙看一下

错误提示如下:
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following address.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. I am sorry for this inconvenience.
无法将您的邮件投递至以下指定地址:

可是这个邮箱绝对是存在的啊,因为之前和她一直收发邮件的,地址也是保存在地址簿里的,不可能打错的
