为什么？

We use exchange server 2003 in both of Taiwan and USA.<br>
We have the VPN link both of site. <br>
However, exchange server turn off open relay. Hence, both of servers cannot <br>
talk each other directly.<br>
If we turn on the relay, the email will be bounced back from other company <br>
because most of other company is not accept the email server with open relay <br>
function<br>

Hence, we use two independent domains; look like two indep company, called <br>
xxx.com and tw-xxx.com.<br>
<br>
If I send email from xxx.com to tw-xxx.com, email have been delay most of <br>
time
