何如正确配置MX-Record、PTR-Record及FQDN

我用的是Exchange2003,完整的计算机名称是叫mail.gamutsoft.com,而我要用的是gamut.com做为邮件后最，gamut.com的域名很早就在ISP那里注册过了，我现在是这个做的，叫ISP做了以下记录:A记录 gamut.com 对应 203.86.81.x;MX记录 gamut.com MX Preference=10 mail exchanger=gamut.com,203.86.81.X我的邮件服务器的公网IP，太部分情况下都能够正常收发，但是一直有部分用户反应收不到有些邮件，说原因如下：The MX-Record for this domain is not correct configurated .For the MX-Record must be defined a FQDN.And a PTR-Record for This FQDN shoult also be configured. The solution, for domains to built up a connection-document, is not clean.The right way is clearly to correct the wrong defined DNS-Entry/parameters.我不知道该怎么办，请各大侠看看问题出在那里？
