我的邮件服务器不能外发邮件，高手帮帮忙

我的邮件服务期不能外发邮件了，具体的提示是No route found to domain alcatel-sbell.com.cn from server URP.HZBELL.COM.CN/URPBELL. Check DNS configuration. 我的dns是自己做的服务器解析的，网站和webmail系统都能解析的到，就是不能外发邮件，我在dns report里看到唯一的一条出错信息是Reverse DNS entries for MX records，好象是说没有做邮件的反解析，但我以前也好用的，最近突然不好用了，ERROR: The IP of one or more of your mail server(s) have no reverse DNS (PTR) entries (if you see "Timeout" below, it may mean that your DNS servers did not respond fast enough). RFC1912 2.1 says you should have a reverse DNS for all your mail servers. It is strongly urged that you have them, as many mailservers will not accept mail from mailservers with no reverse DNS entry. You can double-check using the 'Reverse DNS Lookup' tool at the DNSstuff site (it contacts your servers in real time; the reverse DNS lookups in the DNS report use our local caching DNS server).
