端口被关，怎么能用outlook收邮件？

在我们公司只能在web上面看邮件、发邮件，不能用outlook等邮件软件。听他们说什么端口被关闭了，有什么办法才能用outlook收呢？我用hotmail的报错是这样的（无法在您的 HTTP 服务器上轮询新邮件。 帐户: 'Hotmail', 服务器: '<a target=_blank href=http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp'>http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp'</a>, 协议: HTTPMail, 服务器响应: 'Proxy Authentication Required ( The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request. 如果Outlook Expresst不能鉴别你正在使用的代理服务器,而Web Proxy的"Access Control"又开启了,将导致这一错误. <br>

CAUSE<br>
This issue can occur if Outlook Express cannot authenticate you using Proxy Server and Access Control is enabled for Web Proxy. <br>

To work around this issue, use one of the following methods: <br>

Disable Access Control for Web Proxy.<br>
