请帮忙分析 Port 25 is used by other program

When the mail server stop receiving, I found this message from the Diagnostics box of winwemail control panel, I have to do restart service once, but it always happened again after few hours.

winwebmail 3.7.1.2 and windows2003 std

Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?

I have checked every things as I know during this week, I couldn't found the problems, but when I tried an early version (V3.6.3.2), it seems working fine..., after then I reinstalled back the V3.7.1.2, the problems came back again, I may give up to user this version.

The smtp service on w2k3 has disabled since I setup this server. and no other programs running on this server as well.

将windows2003的SMTP服务关闭即可
