global address book issume

i am using the outlook 2003 to connect to the exchange server 2003 std  running in the cached exchange mode,  I have created some new mailbox in ADUC and those do not appear in the global address list, also i can't found it in the outlook address book after seveal days?  DC is windows server 2003 std.  one site and one domain mode.  thanks in advance
