一方收退信，另一方完全沒檢測到有這郵件的記錄

我公司用的是mdaemon 10.0，有客戶發郵件過來公司，有退信，內容如下：
問題是我這邊防火牆完全沒有檢測到有＠abcdefg.com郵箱發過來的記錄，請問這內容告訴對方什麼信息？

根据“retry timeout exceeded” 我个人推测是服务器之间未连接成功 那你的服务器自然也不会有记录的
