新建的域用户只能发不能收

给前辈、长老帮帮忙。
在下公司的DC（server 2003）和Exchange 2003集成在一起。最近在域内新增了一个用户apple，其邮箱地址是：apple@mydomain.com。
该用户可以用office outlook 2007发邮件（外部、内部）都可以，也可以收到内部的邮件。但就是不能收到mydomain.com以外的邮件。
外部用户尝试往这个邮箱送邮件时，会收到5.1.1的NDR。
请问大家有什么高招救救小弟啊？！

1.有没没装杀毒软件，有可能是它给拦掉了啊。你可以关掉试一下啊。
2.DNS 记录你都建好了吗。能解析正确吗？
