现在不能接收外部邮件了

从163.com, 163.net向我的WinWebMail发邮箱，都被退回来。<br>

检查WINWEBMAIL系统进程是否正常，占用端口是否正常<br>
在服务器上面TELNET 163邮局的25端口看是否正常<br>
远程TELNET自己服务器的25端口是否开放

25端口被微软的SMTP占用了，卸掉微软的SMTP服务，再重启一下机器就行了
