关于添加一台新的Exchange2000 Server的两个问题，请大侠帮助！

I want to add a exchnge2000 Email server to my network, right now I have <br>
0ne,I have 2 questions ,<br>

1》 how can I impport the existing email data to the new one, I try to <br>
backup email in the old server, than in the new server, restore this <br>
backup, but thses didn't start the user config and mail box, is it need <br>
more steps to config the new email server?<br>
<br>
2》 After set up the new email server, how can I cluster to network?

backup the information store,than use support tool "adsi edit" to cleanly delete the old mail server,than instal a new mail server,restore the information store.l
