Information Store Crashes Periodically
   
Every few days, my information store will just crash.
I am running Exchange 2003 SP1 Enterprise on a Windows 2003 Enterprise server and ScanMail virus scanning program.  Dual 2.8 GB 1 MB cache CPUs and 4 GB memory.  The current size of all of my stores is about 350 GB.  The event log below always gives me a different user name.  It's never a request from the same user.  They aren't on the same information stores either.
The application logs I get are
